Willy had about 25 surgical staples after his surgery. We took them out today. He was really cooperative, and may feel like a new pony without all that metal — he can at least be confident he can go through TSA at the airport without setting off any detectors!
Now, it is simply healing up, growing his coat back where the vets had to shave it off, and exercising his new hip.
